DEGY ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES NEW BUSINESSES, ADDS STAFF

Delray Beach, FL | April 3, 2024 – DEGY ENTERTAINMENT has acquired multiple new businesses including Silver Industries, Paint University and TicketSilver. The deal became official on April 1, 2024 and marks a significant expansion of the company’s entertainment portfolio. Along with the transaction, several team members of the former companies will join the team at DEGY. Michael Silver as Special Projects Director, Nathan Cooper as Roster Operations Manager, and Jeromy “JT” Stewart as Special Projects Coordinator have assumed new titles and responsibilities across the company’s existing and added business lines.
DEGY continues to look at synergistic business opportunities to provide a 360-degree approach for its own roster of artists and its extensive list of buying customers. Integrating new business upgrades such as ticketing and promotional products, enable the DEGY consumer to be fully serviced from the inside. These also provide a turn-key approach to our extensive list of roster clients to be able to elevate their own businesses and careers using internal, artist-focused services. Ticketing, merchandise, and promotional products will now live under the newly created, YES Degy, LLC. entity.
As a result of this acquistion, Degy Concepts, LLC. has been formed as a new experiences and events company under the DEGY umbrella. Degy Concepts will not only house the company’s events and parties but will also operate as a developmental vehicle for new concepts to be tested and created for the marketplace. Degy Concepts has taken ownership of brands and IPs related to PaintU, Foam Drop, EmoProm, Swift Night, Wig‘N Out, UV Glow, The Pop-Up Movie Tour, and other popular dance brands across various booking markets. New experiential events will soon follow under the new moniker.
